Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in management roles within restaurant, deli, or foodservice
- Proven track record in managing high volume retail operations with P and L responsibility
- Ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong customer service orientation
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Oversee and manage daily deli and travel center operations
- Ensure customer expectations are consistently met
- Conduct meetings and communicate with subordinate employees
- Maintain effective vendor relationships
- Build, coach, train, and develop deli team members
- Drive sales and profitability through business plan execution
- Track and manage inventory and perform P and L analysis
