Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of management experience in restaurant, deli, or foodservice
  • proven ability to manage a team and build effective relationships
  • excellent communication skills
  • experience with profit and loss analysis
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays

  • previous management proficiency in high volume retail with profit and loss accountability
  • ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
  • excellent team leadership skills

Job Duties

  • oversee high-volume retail and deli operations
  • develop and execute travel center and restaurant business plans
  • achieve sales and profit objectives
  • ensure customer expectations are met
  • conduct meetings with subordinate employees
