Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of management experience in restaurant, deli, or foodservice
- proven ability to manage a team and build effective relationships
- excellent communication skills
- experience with profit and loss analysis
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- oversee high-volume retail and deli operations
- develop and execute travel center and restaurant business plans
