Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- food handlers certificate (ServSafe or ANSI compliant organization)
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- capability to stand and walk constantly during work shifts
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
- willingness to work in wet and dry conditions
- ability to handle exposure to extreme temperatures
- capability to work with FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- compliance with health and safety standards
- adherence to all workplace safety practices

- 18+ years old
- clear and effective communication style both written and verbal
- team-player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- ability to follow directions and procedures with strong attention to detail
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- basic math skills
- conversational English skills required when working with customers
- bilingual proficiency preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain clean dishes and kitchen equipment in adherence to food safety guidelines
- scrape food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or using dishwashing machines
- wash pots, pans, and trays
- sort and put away clean dishes in designated locations ensuring accessibility
- clean the dish machine after every shift and remove debris
- clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment such as rotisserie areas and stovetops
- organize and set up dish stations and keep dish areas free of clutter
- sweep and mop kitchen floors
- perform regular deep cleaning of department areas
- segregate and dispose of garbage, compost, oils, grease, and recycling correctly
- transport laundry to designated pick-up areas
- assist in daily food preparation as needed
- aid in proper storage and organization of departmental deliveries
- organize, rotate, and stock workstation and department supplies
- operate equipment including dishwashing machines and kitchen appliances
- follow and comply with established health, sanitation, and safety procedures
- immediately report safety hazards and violations
- perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
- work all scheduled shifts and attend required trainings and meetings
- perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
