Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum three years leadership experience in restaurant, retail or project management
- Ability to follow through on systems and procedures
- Analytical and mathematical proficiency
- Computer proficiency including email, Word, Excel and database management

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in restaurant, retail or project management leadership for at least three years
- Knowledge of organic and commercial food growing practices and certification requirements
- Proficiency in commercial cooking or baking, preferably in deli or natural foods
- Experience in prepared foods production, purchasing, merchandising and pricing
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience supervising and training employees
Job Duties
- Manage selection, receipt, production, pricing, display and promotion of deli products
- Supervise hiring, training, coaching and evaluation of deli department staff
- Ensure compliance with National Organic Program (NOP) and WFC policies
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of deli department equipment and areas
- Participate in storewide management and planning meetings
- Resolve customer concerns and exceed customer service expectations
- Schedule and post employee hours to ensure adequate departmental support
