Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to operate deli slicers and scales safely
- Experience in food handling and sanitation preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently
- Strong customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- Work experience in a deli department preferred
- Prior experience operating manual and power slicers and scales preferred
- Knowledge of deli products preferred
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Slice, package, weigh, and sell deli products including meats and cheeses
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of deli and deli display cases
- Assist members with product selection and answer inquiries
- Receive, inspect, and stock deli shipments according to food safety policies
- Check product freshness and rotate stock appropriately
- Operate deli equipment safely and maintain sanitation standards
- Ensure scales are accurate and products are priced correctly
- Uphold club policies and perform other assigned duties including cross-departmental work
- Maintain regular, predictable attendance
