Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age to work in a walk-in freezer or chill box and use case cutter and knife
- Must be at least 18 years of age to clean maintain or operate stove oven bread slicer and other power driven equipment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Ability to use knives safely
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients wash clean trim and cut meat poultry seafood fruits and vegetables to be used by deli cooks according to menu
- Prepare salads marinades sauces and garnishments
- Defrost and marinade products
- Prepare catering and customer orders
- Follow all safe food handling guidelines
- Assist cooks with cooking entrees
- Rotate food products to assure freshness
