Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year line cooking experience
  • Meat cutting experience
  • Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment including microwave, knives, steam table, gas range, convection ovens, meat and bread slicers
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Ability to work in person at the Dania Beach location
  • Adherence to food safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • Meat cutting experience
  • Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment including microwave, knives, steam table, gas range, convection ovens, meat and bread slicers
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and assemble classic New York deli recipes and sandwiches
  • Cut meat and handle deli ingredients safely and efficiently
  • Operate kitchen equipment including microwaves, knives, steam tables, gas ranges, convection ovens, meat and bread slicers
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Work quickly and efficiently during busy service periods
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation
