Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year line cooking experience
- Meat cutting experience
- Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment including microwave, knives, steam table, gas range, convection ovens, meat and bread slicers
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Ability to work in person at the Dania Beach location
- Adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and assemble classic New York deli recipes and sandwiches
- Cut meat and handle deli ingredients safely and efficiently
- Operate kitchen equipment including microwaves, knives, steam tables, gas ranges, convection ovens, meat and bread slicers
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work quickly and efficiently during busy service periods
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation
