Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a prep cook, deli cook, or similar role in a high-volume foodservice environment
- Strong knowledge of deli food preparation, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety programs
- Food Protection / Food Safety Certification required (e.g., ServSafe)
- Ability to work weekdays from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM
- Fluent English communication skills required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship)
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Job Duties
- Prepare deli-style and prep food items according to recipes, prep lists, and production specifications
- Complete food preparation, portioning, and assembly for cold and deli items
- Support daily production flow to meet all kitchen ready times
- Complete food safety and temperature documentation daily
- Maintain proper food storage, labeling, rotation, and FIFO practices
- Control overproduction and minimize waste
- Trim and break down proteins as needed
- Operate kitchen and deli equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations
- Work collaboratively with team members and leadership
- Assist Executive Chef or Sous Chef with assigned tasks
