Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to stand and move frequently during shifts
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace
Job Qualifications
- Work experience in a deli department preferred
- Prior experience operating manual or power slicers and scales preferred
- Knowledge of deli products preferred
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Slice deli products including meats and cheeses
- Package and weigh deli items accurately
- Assist members with product selection and special orders
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of deli cases and equipment
- Receive and inspect deli shipments
- Stock and rotate deli products following food safety guidelines
- Operate deli equipment safely and according to policy
