Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent or acceptable combination of education and experience
- Experience working in grocery, restaurant, or related field
- Dependable and reliable
- Friendly and outgoing with positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to answer phones and take special orders
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs.
- Must be able to stand continuously for up to 4 hours
- Perform general housekeeping duties
- Operate slicer and cooking equipment
- Adhere to safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations
- Ability to work in cooler and freezer temperature environments
- Achieve and maintain Food Handlers permit
- Willingness to perform other related duties
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent or an acceptable combination of education and experience
- Experience working in grocery, restaurant, or related field

- Ability to lift and carry product horizontally and vertically weighing up to 70 lbs.

- Ability to operate slicer, wrapping, and cooking equipment
- Knowledge of safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations
- Ability to work in different temperature environments such as cooler and freezer
- Maintain Food Handlers permit
Job Duties
- Assisting customers in making healthy food choices by preparing fresh and easy meals
- Providing a high level of customer service and ensuring deli items are properly prepared, packaged, and presented
- Filling, maintaining, and rotating products and displays
- Preparing special orders and party trays
- Operating meat and cheese slicers, ovens, microwaves, cutting tools, scales, and other deli equipment following company standards and procedures
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary deli area and equipment
- Receiving, inspecting, and logging products for accuracy of shipment, temperature, and quality
