Job Duties
- Slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese products for guests
- prepare and dish up salads
- serve food to guests through the hot case as applicable
- ensure deli case and product areas are stocked and visually appealing
- prepare meat, cheese, and veggie trays and other department products for merchandising and sale
- follow food safety, health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- perform dishwashing, mixing ingredients, assembling catering orders, baking and frying products as needed
