Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older

- ability to follow food safety and sanitation regulations
- basic math skills for weighing and labeling products
Job Duties
- Slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese products for guests
- prepare and dish up salads
- serve food to guests through the hot case as applicable
- ensure the deli case and product areas are stocked and visually appealing
- prepare meat, cheese, and veggie trays and other department products for merchandising and sale
- follow food safety guidelines and health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- perform dishwashing, mix ingredients, assemble catering orders, bake and fry products as needed
