Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18 years
- Ability to work weekend shifts including Sundays
- Availability to stand and walk throughout the entire workday
- Ability to grasp, push, pull, carry, stoop, twist, crouch, and reach
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions with eye, hand, and foot coordination
- Must adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to maneuver heavy objects up to 30 pounds

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in deli or food preparation preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- Capability to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds
Job Duties
- Prepare, slice, wrap, weigh, price, and merchandise deli products
- Maintain high standards for product freshness, cleanliness, and sanitation
- Inform guests about deli products and services
- Increase sales by handing out food samples and recommending additional items
- Teach fundamentals of deli production including mixing, scaling, slicing, cooking, frying and finishing
- Coordinate and communicate with other departments for smooth operation flow
- Maintain accurate department records
- Demonstrate friendly and courteous customer service
