Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Willingness to wear a uniform and adhere to company appearance standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience beneficial
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for weighing and pricing products
Job Duties
- Slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese products for guests
- Prepare and dish up salads
- Serve food to guests through the hot case as applicable
- Ensure the deli case and product areas are stocked and visually appealing
- Prepare meat and cheese trays, veggie trays, and other deli products for merchandising and sale
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Perform dish washing, mix ingredients, assemble catering orders, bake or fry products as needed
