Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to work weekend shifts including Sundays as applicable
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items up to 30 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive motions and maintain hand-eye coordination

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous deli or food service experience is a plus
- Knowledge of deli product preparation and safety standards
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math skills for weighing and pricing products
- Willingness to learn and teach deli production processes
Job Duties
- Prepare, slice, wrap, weigh, price, and merchandise deli products
- Maintain high standards for product freshness, cleanliness, and sanitation
- Inform guests about deli products and services
- Increase sales by handing out food samples and recommending additional items
- Teach others the fundamentals of deli production including mixing, scaling, slicing, cooking, frying, and finishing
- Coordinate and communicate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of products and service
- Maintain adequate department records
- Demonstrate excellent customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior
