Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- have a high school diploma or equivalent
- experience working in grocery, restaurant, or related field or acceptable combination of education and experience
- be dependable and reliable
- have outgoing, friendly behavior with a positive attitude
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- good communication skills
- ability to take direction and participate in a team environment
- able to answer phones and take special orders
- must be able to lift and carry product weighing up to 70 lbs
- able to stand continuously for up to 4 hours per shift
- perform general housekeeping and clean and sanitize work areas
- operate slicer, wrapping and cooking equipment and maintain in safe working condition
- adhere to all safety, health, and food safety regulations and achieve food handlers permit
- able to work in different temperature environments
- other related duties as assigned

Job Duties
- Prepare fresh and easy meals for customers
- provide high-level customer service in the Deli Department
- arrange vegetables and sliced meats for made-to-order sandwiches
- assist customers with catering orders
- maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- operate slicers, wrapping, and cooking equipment
- perform general housekeeping and clean work areas
