Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to handle food safely
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- ability to follow instructions and training
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience desirable
- ability to engage with guests in a friendly and positive manner
- strong communication skills
- basic math skills for weighing and labeling products
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to learn and follow food safety standards
Job Duties
- Slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese products for guests
- prepare and dish up salads
- serve food to guests through the hot case as applicable
- ensure deli case and product areas are stocked and visually appealing
- prepare meat, cheese, and veggie trays and other department products for sale
- follow food safety guidelines and all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- dish washing, mixing ingredients, assembling catering orders, and baking/frying products
