Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent or acceptable combination of education and experience
- Experience working in grocery, restaurant, or related field
- Be dependable and reliable
- Show an outgoing, friendly behavior with positive attitude
- Have good communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Be able to answer phones and take special orders
- Must be able to lift and carry product weighing up to 70 lbs
- Must be able to stand for up to 4 hours continuously for total 8 hours per shift
- Perform general housekeeping and clean and sanitize work area
- Operate slicer, wrapping and cooking equipment
- Adhere to safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations
- Achieve and maintain a Food Handlers permit
- Be able to work in cooler and freezer environments
- Other related duties as assigned

Job Duties
- Prepare fresh and easy meals in the deli department
- Arrange vegetables, sliced meats, and cheeses for made-to-order sandwiches
- Provide high level of customer service and assist with catering orders
- Operate slicers, wrapping, and cooking equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the deli area
- Adhere to food safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations
- Work in cooler and freezer environments as required
