Job Requirements
- be at least 18 years of age
- have a high school diploma or equivalent or relevant combination of experience and education
- be dependable and reliable
- have outgoing, friendly behavior and positive attitude
- work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- good communication skills
- ability to take direction and participate in team
- able to answer phones and take orders
- able to lift/carry up to 70 lbs
- able to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- perform general housekeeping and sanitation duties
- operate slicer and other deli equipment
- adhere to food safety and health regulations
- work in cooler and freezer environments
- perform other related duties as assigned

Job Duties
- prepare fresh deli items and meals according to customer orders
- provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selections
- maintain food safety standards and adhere to health regulations
- operate deli equipment including slicers and cooking equipment safely
- assist with stocking, cleaning, and sanitizing work areas
- answer phones and take special catering orders
- participate effectively in team environment
