Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous deli or food service experience a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow food safety protocols
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic math skills for weighing and packaging products
Job Duties
- Slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese products for guests
- Prepare and dish up salads
- Serve food to guests through the hot case as applicable
- Ensure the deli case and product areas are stocked and visually appealing
- Prepare meat, cheese, and veggie trays for sale
- Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation regulations
- Dish washing, mixing ingredients, assembling catering orders, baking and frying products
