Job Requirements
- be at least 18 years of age
- have a high school diploma or equivalent or acceptable combination of education and experience
- be dependable and reliable
- have an outgoing friendly behavior with positive attitude
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- good communication skills
- able to take direction and work in a team
- able to answer phones and take special orders
- able to lift and carry products up to 70 lbs
- able to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- perform general housekeeping and sanitation duties
- operate deli equipment safely
- adhere to safety, health and weights and measures regulations
- able to work in cooler and freezer environments
- willing to perform other related duties
Job Qualifications

- have a high school diploma or equivalent or acceptable combination of education and experience
- have experience working in grocery, restaurant, or related field
- be dependable and reliable
- have outgoing friendly behavior and positive attitude
- possess good communication skills
- able to work in a team environment
- able to answer phones and take special orders
- capable of lifting up to 70 lbs and standing for prolonged periods
- knowledge of food safety and ability to maintain food handlers permit
Job Duties
- prepare fresh and easy meals and deli items
- provide high level of customer service in the deli department
- assist customers with sandwich and catering orders
- maintain food safety standards and cleanliness
- operate slicers, wrapping, and cooking equipment
- arrange deli products attractively
- work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
