Job Requirements
- be at least 18 years of age
- have a high school diploma or equivalent or acceptable combination of education and experience
- be dependable and reliable
- have an outgoing, friendly behavior and positive attitude
- ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- have good communication skills
- ability to take direction and participate in a team environment
- be able to answer phones and take special orders
- must be able to lift and carry product weighing up to 70 lbs
- must be able to stand for up to 4 hours continuously
- perform general housekeeping and cleaning tasks
- operate slicer and cooking equipment
- adhere to safety and health regulations
- achieve and maintain a Food Handlers permit
- be able to work in cooler and freezer environments
- perform other related duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- be at least 18 years of age

- experience in grocery, restaurant, or related field or an acceptable combination of education and experience

Job Duties
- prepare fresh and easy meals for customers
- provide high level of customer service in the deli department
- arrange vegetables and sliced meats for made-to-order sandwiches
- assist customers with catering orders
- maintain food safety standards
- operate slicer, wrapping and cooking equipment
- clean and sanitize work area and equipment
