Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age or older

- strong customer service skills
- ability to engage guests through product samples and suggestive selling
- ability to maintain a visually appealing deli case and product areas
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to follow health and safety regulations
- willingness to perform dishwashing and food preparation tasks
Job Duties
- Slice, weigh, package and label meat and cheese products for guests
- prepare and dish up salads
- serve food to guests through the hot case as applicable
- ensure the deli case and product areas are stocked and visually appealing
- prepare meat and cheese trays, veggie trays, and other department products for merchandising and sale
- follow food safety guidelines and all health, safety and sanitation regulations
- dish washing, mixing ingredients, assembling catering orders, baking/frying products
