Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18 years
- Able to work weekend shifts including Sundays

Job Duties
- Prepare, slice, wrap, weigh, price, and merchandise deli products
- Maintain high standards for product freshness, cleanliness, and sanitation
- Inform guests about deli products and services
- Increase sales by handing out food samples and recommending additional items
- Teach others fundamentals of deli production including mixing, scaling, slicing, cooking, frying, and finishing
- Coordinate and communicate with other departments for smooth product and service flow
- Maintain department records
- Demonstrate friendly and courteous customer relations
