Job Duties
- slice weigh package and label meat and cheese products for guests
- prepare and dish up salads
- serve food to guests through the hot case as applicable
- ensure the deli case and product areas are stocked with merchandise and visually appealing
- prepare meat and cheese trays veggie trays and other department products to be merchandised and sold in the store
- follow food safety guidelines and all health safety and sanitation regulations
- assist with dish washing mixing ingredients assembling catering orders baking or frying products
