Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous food preparation or cooking experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and squat for extended periods
- Ability to push, pull, and maneuver heavy loads
- Ability to work in cold environments
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Willingness to work in fast-paced retail setting
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience with food preparation or cooking in restaurant, bakery, or catering environment preferred
- Experience in retail or customer service-oriented environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow merchandising and sanitation standards
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service and prepare food across deli, juice bar, pizza/sandwich, and hot bar areas
- Maintain attractive sales floor by following merchandising guidelines and ensuring correct signage and pricing
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of department including fixtures, storage, workstations, freezers, and coolers
- Work in fast-paced environment focusing on customer service
- Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to foster positive working environment
