Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have experience working in grocery, restaurant, or related field or an acceptable combination of education and experience
- Be dependable and reliable
- Have an outgoing, friendly behavior with a positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Good communication skills
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- Ability to answer phones and take special orders
- Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds
- Ability to stand for up to 4 hours continuously
- Perform housekeeping and sanitation duties
- Operate deli equipment safely
- Adhere to safety and health regulations
- Maintain Food Handlers permit
- Work in cooler and freezer environments
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Must be able to lift and carry products weighing up to 70 pounds
- Must be able to stand for up to 4 hours continuously during an 8-hour shift
- Perform general housekeeping and sanitation in the deli area
- Operate slicer, wrapping, and cooking equipment
- Adhere to all safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations
- Achieve and maintain a Food Handlers permit
- Be able to work in different temperature environments
Job Duties
- Assisting customers in making healthy food choices by preparing fresh and easy meals
- Providing a high level of customer service and ensuring deli items are properly prepared, packaged, and presented
- Maintaining cleanliness of the deli department, including cleaning shelves, floors, and equipment
- Filling, maintaining, and rotating product displays
- Preparing special orders and party trays
- Operating deli equipment such as meat and cheese slicers, ovens, microwaves, and scales following company standards
- Receiving, inspecting, and logging products for accuracy, temperature, and quality
