- Must be at least 18 years of age to enter/work on the deli side of the department
Job Duties
- Follow all Federal, State, and Local regulations as well as company policies regarding prepared food operations, safety, and sanitation
- Provide attentive and courteous customer service by fulfilling customer questions about prepared foods products
- Maintain a clean as you go policy to ensure sanitary conditions at all times
- Adhere to company policy through proper processing, preparation, and packaging of product
- Maintain proper shelf, cooler, and case conditions, such as stocking, cleaning, and rotating product
- Follow all store Shrink guidelines with regard to keeping track of all discards
- Ensure proper temperatures and working condition of cases as well as maintaining all equipment
- Complete all necessary paperwork
- Follow direction from the Deli Manager, perform tasks as assigned
