Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift/carry product weighing up to 70 lbs for distances up to 20 feet without mechanical assistance
- Must be able to stand continuously for up to 4 hours and for a total of 8 hours per shift
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Perform general housekeeping including cleaning and sanitizing work area such as tables, floors, walls, cases, cooler, freezer
- Dependable and reliable
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent or acceptable education and experience
- Positive attitude and friendly behavior
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Assisting customers in making healthy food choices by preparing fresh and easy meals
- Providing a high level of customer service and ensuring deli items are properly prepared, packaged, and presented
- Filling, maintaining, and rotating products and displays
- Preparing special orders and party trays
- Operating meat and cheese slicers, ovens, microwaves, cutting tools, scales, and other deli equipment following company standards
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary deli area and equipment including cleaning shelves, floors, and removing hazardous debris
- Receiving, inspecting, and logging products for accuracy of shipment, temperature, and quality
