Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age or older
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift moderate weights
- good manual dexterity
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- willingness to adhere to health and safety regulations
- Hornbacher's locations require minimum age of 18

- prior deli or food service experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese products for guests
- prepare and dish up salads
- serve food to guests through the hot case as applicable
- ensure deli case and product areas are stocked and visually appealing
- prepare meat and cheese trays, veggie trays, and other department products for merchandising and sale
- follow food safety guidelines and health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- perform dishwashing, mix ingredients, assemble catering orders, and bake or fry products
