Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling products
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules
  • Commitment to following safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties

  • Build rapport with customers

  • Stock product and maintain product displays according to merchandising standards
  • Utilize technology to complete activities and tasks
  • Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service and products
  • Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, and Grocery
