Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • ability to operate basic technology tools
  • good communication skills
  • physical capability to perform manual tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
  • willingness to adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
  • adaptable to different departments in the store
  • team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

  • Build rapport with customers
  • display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language
  • respond to customer questions in an effective manner
  • stock product and maintain product displays according to merchandising standards
  • utilize technology to complete activities and tasks
  • follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service and products for customers
  • work across multiple departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, and Grocery
