- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to operate basic technology tools
- good communication skills
- physical capability to perform manual tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- willingness to adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
- adaptable to different departments in the store

Job Duties
- Build rapport with customers
- display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language
- respond to customer questions in an effective manner
- stock product and maintain product displays according to merchandising standards
- utilize technology to complete activities and tasks
- follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service and products for customers
- work across multiple departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, and Grocery
