Job Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Ability to provide exceptional customer service
Basic knowledge of retail operations preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist
Ability to stand for extended periods
Willingness to work in various store departments
Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols

Job Qualifications

Previous retail or customer service experience beneficial
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn and utilize job-specific technology

Job Duties

Build rapport with customers
Display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language
Respond to customer questions in an effective manner
Stock product and maintain product displays according to merchandising standards
Utilize technology to complete activities and tasks
Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service and products for our customers
Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, and Grocery
