Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age
- willingness to cross-train in bakery and deli tasks
- effective communication skills
- knowledge of basic math
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for entire shift
- tolerance for working in freezer environments
- team player attitude
- some experience in grocery, food service or retail preferred
- availability for weekend shifts

Job Duties
- maintains an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer service and teamwork with positive communication
- slices deli meats and cheeses to customer’s request
- prepares custom party trays and makes sandwiches accordingly
- stock and organize displays, including assisting with shipments
- ensure proper sanitation of the department, equipment, and proper food handling and preparation
- demonstrates the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
- perform other duties such as cake decorating, baking, rotisserie chicken preparation, or other deli/bakery tasks as needed
