Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
- Ability to stand and walk short distances for an entire shift
- Tolerates working in freezers for up to 20 minutes at a time
- Willing to cross-train in bakery and deli tasks as needed
- Effective and friendly communication skills
- Knowledge of basic math and ability to follow written guidelines
- Some weekend shifts required

Job Duties
- Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer service with positive communication
- Slice deli meats and cheeses to customer's request
- Prepare custom party trays and sandwiches
- Stock and organize displays including helping with shipments
- Ensure proper sanitation of the department and equipment and follow food handling/preparation guidelines
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
- Perform other deli/bakery tasks such as cake decorating, baking, or rotisserie chicken preparation as needed
