Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- willingness to cross-train in bakery and deli tasks
- ability to communicate effectively and friendly
- knowledge of basic math and ability to follow written guidelines
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand and walk short distances for entire shift
- tolerance for working in cold freezer environments for short durations
- availability to work some weekend shifts
- ability to work closing shifts
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age

- effective and friendly communication skills
- knowledge of basic math
- ability to follow written guidelines
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
- ability to stand and walk short distances for entire shift
- tolerates working in freezers for up to 20 minutes at a time
- team player
- grocery, food service or retail experience a plus
- availability for some weekend shifts
Job Duties
- Maintains an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer service
- teamwork with positive communication
- assist other team members as needed
- slices deli meats and cheeses to customer's request
- prepares custom party trays and makes sandwiches accordingly
- stocks and organizes displays
- helps with shipments as needed
- ensures proper sanitation of the department and equipment
- ensures proper food handling and preparation
- demonstrates the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
- performs cake decorating, baking, rotisserie chicken preparation, or other deli/bakery tasks as needed
