Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age
Willing to cross-train in bakery and deli tasks
Effective and friendly communication skills
Knowledge of basic math and ability to follow written guidelines
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
Ability to stand and walk short distances for entire shift
Tolerates working in freezers for up to 20 minutes
Team player
Some weekend shifts required

Job Duties

Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer service
Teamwork with positive communication
Assist other team members as needed
Slice deli meats and cheeses to customer requests
Prepare custom party trays and sandwiches accordingly
Stock and organize displays
Help with shipments as needed
Ensure proper sanitation of department, equipment, and food handling
Work effectively in fast-paced and stressful situations
Perform additional duties such as cake decorating, baking, and rotisserie chicken preparation as needed
