Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age
willingness to cross-train in bakery and deli tasks
ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
ability to stand and walk for full shifts
able to work weekend shifts
tolerance for working in freezer environments
basic math skills
good communication skills

Job Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age
willing to cross-train in bakery and deli tasks as needed
effective and friendly communication skills
knowledge of basic math and ability to follow written guidelines
ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
ability to stand and walk short distances for entire shifts
tolerates working in freezers for up to 20 minutes at a time
team player
grocery, food service, or retail experience a plus
some weekend shifts required

Job Duties

Maintains an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer service
teamwork with positive communication
assist other team members as needed
slices deli meats and cheeses to customer requests
prepares custom party trays and makes sandwiches accordingly
stocks and organizes displays including helping with shipments
ensures proper sanitation of department, equipment, and food handling
demonstrates ability to work in fast-paced environment
performs other duties including cake decorating, baking, rotisserie chicken preparation, or deli/bakery tasks as needed
