Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Experience in retail cake decorating
- Willing to cross-train in bakery and deli tasks as needed
- Effective and friendly communication skills
- Knowledge of basic math and ability to follow written guidelines
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
- Ability to stand and walk short distances for entire shift
- Able to tolerate working in freezers for up to 20 minutes at a time
- Team player

- Decorate cakes efficiently within 15-20 minutes
- Fill production cases with baked goods or stock display tables
- Maintain enthusiastic customer service and positive communication
- Assist team members as needed
- Ensure proper sanitation of department and equipment
- Follow proper food handling and preparation guidelines
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
