Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Experience in retail cake decorating
- Willing to cross-train in bakery and deli tasks as needed
- Effective and friendly communication skills
- Knowledge of basic math and the ability to follow written guidelines
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
- Ability to stand and walk short distances for an entire shift
- Tolerates working in freezers for up to 20 minutes at a time
- Team player

Job Duties
- Decorate a cake in 15-20 minutes start to finish
- Fill production cases and/or stock the floor or display tables with baked goods
- Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer service, teamwork with positive communication, and assist other team members as needed
- Ensure proper sanitation of the department, equipment, and proper food handling/preparation
- Demonstrate the ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
