Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- experience in retail baking
- knowledge of frozen dough
- willing to cross-train in deli tasks as needed
- effective and friendly communication skills
- knowledge of basic math and the ability to follow written guidelines
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
- ability to stand and walk short distances for an entire shift
- tolerates working in freezers for up to 20 minutes at a time
- team player

Job Duties
- Demonstrate the ability to utilize commercial ovens
- prepare, process, package, and label bakery products
- inspect bakery products for quality and freshness, rotate products on display and remove products with expired shelf life
- maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer service, teamwork with positive communication, and assist other team members as needed
- ensure proper sanitation of the department, equipment, and proper food handling/preparation
- demonstrate the ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
