Job Duties
- Use scales and printer understand tare weight
- Use and sharpen meat/cheese slicer
- Use chicken fryer monitor grease
- Make meals for breakfast lunch and dinner
- Understand portion control
- Monitor food temperature requirements
- Operate oven proof box
- Keep sales area full and rotated
- Clean and sanitized area
- Maintain Carlie C's uniform standards
- Any and all other daily operational duties as directed by Deli/Bakery Manager
