Job Requirements

  • Fluency in English both verbal and written

Job Duties

  • Courteously greet and serve food and beverages to guests according to hotel standards
  • Assist in preparing the deli for service and maintain cleanliness of the room
  • Take food and beverage orders and serve them efficiently and courteously
  • Receive and process all payment methods for deli guest checks
  • Settle guest checks in the computer system and maintain financial accountabilities
  • Plan, prepare, set-up and provide quality service in the deli area for to-go menu items
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work area and equipment
  • Assist in the maintenance of the deli area and equipment
