Job Requirements
- Fluency in English both verbal and written
- Provide legible communication and directions
- Compute basic arithmetic
- One year experience in similar position dealing with general public cash handling and basic food preparation
- Minimum age 18 to serve alcoholic beverages
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous
- Promote positive relations with all individuals approaching restaurant and via telephone
- Think clearly quickly maintain concentration and make concise decisions in pressure situations
- Focus attention on details
- Suggestively sell selected food and beverage items
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data

Job Duties
- Courteously greet guests and serve food and beverages according to hotel standards
- Assist in preparing the Deli area for service and maintain cleanliness
- Take and fulfill food and beverage orders efficiently
- Process all payment methods and settle guest checks accurately
- Maintain financial accountability for transactions
- Prepare and serve to-go menu items ensuring quality
- Organize, clean, and sanitize work area and equipment
