Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or deli associate role is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate deli equipment safely
- Attention to detail and commitment to food safety

- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Prepare deli meats, cheeses, salads, sandwiches, dips, and hot case food items
- Operate meat and cheese slicers, food scales, fryers, ovens, and cash registers
- Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the deli area
- Assist and inspire fellow associates and customers
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Support inventory management and product stocking
