Job Requirements

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Have prior experience leading others
  • Have or be willing to obtain required certifications
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills and experiences
  • History of ensuring seamless customer shopping experiences
  • Use time and resources efficiently and effectively
  • Act with integrity, pride, and passion daily
  • For bakery: at least 1 year of baking experience
  • For meat: knowledge of meat cuts and ability to operate meat processing tools

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience leading others
  • One year or more of relevant experience in the specific department such as baking or meat processing
  • Willingness to obtain required certifications
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt and learn new skills
  • History of ensuring excellent customer experiences
