Job Duties
- Provide top-notch customer service and encourage teammates to do the same
- engage with customers by greeting them, answering their questions, and suggesting products
- maintain a clean and organized service area, equipment, and utensils
- prepare various beverages, including espresso drinks and Coffee of the Day, to established standards
- follow company policies, including cash handling, cleaning tasks, inventory stocking, and merchandising
- handle conflict in a calm and cooperative manner, ensuring a pleasant experience for all customers
- support and assist customers from all backgrounds, including children, individuals with special needs, and older adults
