Job Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. is not sufficient
  • Subject to background and security checks including criminal history and credit review
  • Adherence to government and company information security policies
  • Completion of required Information Security and Privacy Act training
  • Safeguard traveler personal identifiable information (PII)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Less than 1 year of experience acceptable
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic MS Office skills
  • Ability to work onsite at Elmendorf AFB

Job Duties

  • Create and complete travel arrangements including air, hotel, car, and rail
  • Ensure reservations are built according to client standards and preferences
  • Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations that provide the best traveler experience
  • Handle basic and moderately complex bookings including non-standard and multi-destination itineraries, ticket exchanges, and complex fares
  • Escalate most complex bookings to more experienced staff
  • Manage both routine and non-routine assignments
  • Participate in comprehensive training and use resources to stay updated
