Job Requirements

  • Minimum age 18
  • Experience stocking and customer service preferred
  • Ability to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects up to specified departmental limits
  • Ability to apply Standard Operating Procedures and leader direction
  • Good communication, reading and writing skills
  • Strong organization and time-management
  • Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to adapt to fast-paced and changing work environment
  • Ability to maintain product food safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum age 18
  • Experience in stocking and customer service preferred
  • Physical stamina for demanding work
  • Ability to operate forklift or power jack (training provided)
  • Understanding of Standard Operating Procedures and emergency guidelines
  • Strong communication skills including reading and writing
  • Effective organization and time-management abilities
  • Customer service skills and service mentality
  • Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks including heavy lifting
  • Ability to work as part of a team to meet goals

Job Duties

  • Stock shelves and refill displays
  • Load, unload, and move heavy, bulky products
  • Condition shelves and products
  • Apply product knowledge including rotation dates and shelf/label information
  • Keep department clean and well-organized including back room and shelves
  • Apply personal discipline to comply with Standard Operating Procedures and leader direction
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations for food safety and sanitation
  • Work efficiently with a team attitude and maintain productivity standards
  • Take constructive feedback and apply learning
  • May coach and train other stockers
  • Operate with team mindset and build cross-departmental relationships
  • Model excellent customer service and hospitality
  • Assist customers in locating products and answering questions
