This position is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. Although associated with McDonald's branding, this franchisee operates as a separate company and independent employer responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in technology deployment or support preferred
- Responsible with good attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technology issues, outcomes, needs and costs
- Self-motivated with a thirst for knowledge
- Flexible availability including some late evenings, early mornings, weekends and on-call as needed
- Ability to travel to restaurants located in designated service area cities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be 18 years old to apply

Job Duties
- Perform certain self-installs and OS upgrades
- Perform scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality and performance of equipment
- Provide in house technology support to triage issues on-site and over the phone
- Train, develop and lead an organization of OTPs for restaurant-level support
- Provide necessary resources, tools and support as new technologies and initiatives are deployed
